Got the same call with the same message about they is several pending matters against. What should I do
They called me saying the same thing . Wanted my address and place of work. This is a scam. They should already know this information.
I just got a call and left a voicemail stating this ""Hi this message is intended for ___ . I received an order in my office today to complete __ order process for several pending matters that you are currently being investigated for I will be verifying your current address and place of employment today in the meantime it is your responsibility __ legal right to contact the claimant prior to being served their number is area code 219-318-1200 ___ ____ to comply will result in __________ of your right to dispute this matter and a complaint will be filed against you and your local jurisdiction 224389 comply will result in forfeiture of your right to the dispute the matter, and a complaint will be filed against you in your local county. Consider this your official notification." I know better not to pick up the phone call.
They actually go under Allocation Adjustment Services and under APE Peocessing...neither are registered with the Better Business Bureau
I received the the same call and voicemail from this number 219-318-1200. Stating I have several pending matters I'm being investigated for that they will be verifying my address and place of employment. Failure to comply will forfeit my rights and a complaint will be filed at my local county.
