I got the same call from the same number. No VM and i added it to my reject list. I'm with Telus.
They call me twice but no voice or voice mail - I suggest do not answer calls from this number...........
It is terrible how it is these calls are permitted. These @#$% have no right to call your cell or your home phone. The thing rings, you pretty much have to answer it or you might as well turn off the ringer and just check for messages. But, the government is not in the business of protecting people. So, that's it.
