Just received a call. I don't answer numbers I do not recognize. I also answer and immediately hang up, depending on my mood. Sometimes I don't hang up and leave the phone off the "hook" until they hang up.

I get between 4 - 7 calls a day from this number. I let them know that I don't have a credit card. I also let them know that they are breaking the law(I use that term loosely because the DO NOT CALL list is a joke and a waste of our tax $$$'s) because if you are on the DO NOT CALL LIST and they are calling from out of state they are breaking the law. I was just called a MOTHER F**KER, SHUT UP AND GO JUMP IN FRONT OF A TRAIN because i told them that they are breaking a federal law,

Yup, although they are getting fewer and fewer, maybe one a week now.Don't know why our legislators do not increase the penalties for this fraud.As long as crime pays, crime will continue.Cheers, Doug

This is most likely a telemarketer, but they're wanting your credit card information to "lower your interest".Sounds like a scam.

Just got a call from this number. Did not answer and they did not leave a message. Florida phone number, I am in MD. I am going to block as suggested by artistgal above.

Received a robo call with a pre- recorded message staying that it was Rachel from card services, that "there is no problem with your credit card account" but that I should urgently call them anyway. I hung up in the middle of the message. Newsflash, people! Not everyone has credit cards!

Have instructed this caller to CEASE contacting me and that I would be reporting them. Call daily at 6:00 PM as a robo call - in order to tell them to stop calling I hit Press 1 - got a message that the operator at that extension was not av ailable and leave a message. Message: Leave me alone!
