I have received 5 of these calls today and yesterday from either "Scott" or "Rachel" from account services. I do not respond, but am tired of receiving scam calls.
call from this number was a pre-recorded msg supposedly from Life Alert stating i was eligible for free Life Alert service & i was to press the 1key for assistance; i hung up. i called Life Alert, was told that call was a phone scam; the actual Life Alert company does not make cold calls & i should NOT give the automated call any info when they should call again!! So Beware!
Call to cell (BIG NO NO) at 9:18 a.m. today. I don't answer #s I don't recognize. They hang up before call goes to voice mail. So I assume they are telemarketers.
I get several of these calls per day from different numbers, I send them right to VM and of course no VM left, I have started using my phone to call these numbers, not sure if it will help but its worth a try. I am so sick of this [***] [***]

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.
