Yeah, they called asking for my husband (they only said his first name) and when I asked what the call was regarding they hung up. The house phone doesn't have caller ID so I dialed *69, which told me the phone number, and gave me the option to press 1 to call back, so I did, and it said "This number cannot be reached by this method." So, luckily, I had dialed the phone number into my cell phone (when it was being read off to me) and it was weird, when I called it, it said something in spanish, then disconnected.
I keep getting calls from this number. I'm not answering, but they keep calling....... aprox the same time every day for about a week now.
I get these calls twice a day. I've called back and they just hang up. So I've started hanging up and not talking to them everytime they call and I will continue until they stop.Something needs to be done.By reading all of these comments.These are scammers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NAME OR PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU! This gives me the creeps.
they call me every day sometimes 3 or 4 times asking for my credit card number to put things on that I owe------mrdical bills. comcast bills, ambulence ride. etc----these are all fictious things I never had anything to do with---i reported them to the phone co and police dept but I still keep getting the daily calls-everytime it is someone spanish saying i need to pay my bills or i will get into trouble............
They've been calling me constantly for over a week now and I just don't answer. Glad to have checked the number before returning the call. Thanks for all the posts.
