I have clients all over the US so to keep track of numbers is hard for me. This number just called and called and called. When I tried to call it back it rang about 15 times then a voice said caller is not answering(makes sense right since I am the caller) then it rang about 15 more times and automated came on and said the person you are trying to reach is not answering please try your call again later. Message blah blah blah. I started to look numbers up on here too and if I can't get them to stop calling I save the number into my phone as scam1, scam2 etc. Or if it is a sales call that I somewhat recognize like actual insurance agents I put that. So I don't have to continuosly look it up. I too am on 'do not call lists' but with not a ton of luck. Good luck everyone and do remember do not give any info at all. What some of these people do is call from several different numbers and keep a record of each piece of info and put it all together finally then steal your identity.

Who are these people?

Number called answered it and no one said hello back or asked anything they just hung the phone.

Might have something to do with checking on school grants----gets you on THEIR list

When you see the number come up on caller ID, just answer "Good afternoon, Legal Department." They hang right up. No problem. Either that, or don't answer. Simple pimple.

Just got a call 8pm central, The lady couldn't pronounce Tom to good but it did sound like she was selling an on-line college course. I told her to sigh up in the english class and let me know how it works out. Been getting a [***] load of these calls and a k zillion text messages. on my verizon cell phone.

They keep calling and asking for my wife. They hang up when I ask them why they are calling. Sounds like a foreign woman. It's driving us nuts.

Call from this number at 6 AM. I am on the do not call list. Did not answer. No message was left.

There have been many suspicious calls from 240-787-1342. It is annoying. When call back, it's always busy.

I keep getting the same call to. But I have not answered the phone yet. Im new to these new phones. How do you go about putting a block on that number.
