Strange, I just received a call from this number on my cel phone. I never give out my cel number to anyone, but family and friends.I didn't answer. However, if any of you use a blackberry or other compatible phone, you might want to look into the app called Privacy Star. It blocks virtually any number and some numbers you can get the information of the caller who is calling.
I got a call a couple hours ago, Googled the number and got lots of answers, so I have blocked them from my cell phone!!
Got a call from them on my cell which is on "do not call" list. Judging by other posts, they are trying to verify the name of the person answering the call. Might be some "spy" web site that provides information on unlisted phone numbers such as cell numbers. FCC has an online form where you can report unwanted calls. I frequently use that form.
The number called and ironically asked for David. I just told them they had the wrong number and they said sorry and hung up. No call back.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.
