Unfortunately - the phone numbers that they are dialing from can be spoofed through their phone system so authorities will have to trace them which means you have to file a police report so they can get a warrant for phone records....WTF!!!
i got the same call i am in bankrupcy let them try to sue me it is against federal law i WILL report them scam scam
Recvd' the same phone calls on the 26th and the 29th, was not at home at the time, and the scarey thing is somehow they had one of my kdis home phone number in another state, so I know this is a scam, will be reporting now that Im home and can react, and Im also thinking a rental company we have dealt with in this area may have been hacked and had records???
Thanks for the info, I just got this message (252-375-3449) as well and when I called it was busy regardless of what option I tried to transfer to. Glad this was some petty Scam and not something serious!!
I received a call from this number as well! Thanks for posting all of these messages. I have called my credit bureaus and did a fraud alert!!!
Caller left mechanical message to get a lawyer for I am being sued for an unknown account
wtf - another way of harrassing people - thank you whoever started this... same number and accusing me for some crazy stuff... that never occurred.
just rec'd same call the other day rec'd same call froma michigan # with same complaints it is a scam Need to know who to contact to stop harrassing calls
Received a restraining order complaint from these scam artists. It wasn't even for me, it was for my grandfather who has been dead for over a decade! If you get a call from them, do what I did and report them! Do not dismiss it. The more people that report this kind of scam, the faster these creeps get shut down.
Have gotten a few automated phone calls and messages from a company called Civil Process Server. They said that a relative of mine has a civil suit complaint in which I am involved. They don't say my mine. They said to respond within 24-48 hours. They've continued to contact me since their first phone call which was more than 48 hours ago. The relative they named is not aware of any civil suit. On my caller ID it shows "Greenville NC". I've received about 3 or 4 phone calls from them in one week's time...that is of calls I was aware of, could have been more.
