i got the same message and I'm reading all of your older comments aout this number being a scam... it sure confused me a lot. Had no idea what it was regarding, thanks for the help, just be aware they are still trying this same number and same scam thank you again

Send a Cease and desist letter.

I recieved the same call indicating same details, within the late two days. I knew this was false because, i did not owe any one.!!!!very annoying.

I revieced multiple phone call from this number 252-375-3449, saying a have restraining order in my account. I tried to call back, the phone is always busy. I tried to research this number and this is what I found out. I will probably report this and get an identity theft protection.

Some people are willing to die just to scam a few dollars from good people. The war is on.

I just need 15 minutes alone with the person that keep calling me from 252-378-3449 so I can talk to them an inch of their life. I asure that person will never dial my number again. I hate scamers with a passion.

I just got a call from 1-252-375-3449 which left a message on my voicemail. I was instructed that they were a civil investigations unit and that I was named a respondent in a civil action, needed to forward the information to my attorney, and that there was a restraining order against me I was unable to reach anyone back at the number. Interesting that they used a last name I have not used for 6 years, which made me question the validity of this call. Research on them led me to this site. They need to be stopped.

Harrasment.

I just got a call from that number 252-375-3449 saying something about a civil investigation complaint and a restraining order being filed against me! I needed to contact my attorney and have 24 - 48 hours to take care of the matter. I didn't answer the call it went to voice mail but they did leave me the message. Grrrr!It was an automated message!!!
