I'm in Washington, same area code (253) and didn't recognize so didn't answer. Called my unlisted cell phone number. No message.
just got a call from this numberdidnt recognize it so I didnt answer ittext them to find out who it was, they didnt respond.interesting..
I did not answer this call. When I called it back I could tell it is forwarding the call by the half ring at about the 3rd ring. It is forwarding the call to a disconnected verizon wireless number. Probably the same idiots cell number who is calling us! Not much you can do except program your cell phone to dump this number into voicemail that way your cell will never even ring if they call again. If you ever do call these types of numbers back always start with *67 to block caller id on their end.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
