I got this call today. My wife thinks I have a girl friend trying to reach me, no such luck! I did not answer. Thanks to everyone who provided infromation. Ron in Jersey.
It's a supposed survey wanting you to answer a bunch of questions and you'll win a cruise. I did this once two years ago out of curiosity. It hung up as I answered the last question. :p
I heard that this is a computer that call to see if someone answers. If you do, you are added to a call list for tele-marketers. I never answer number I don't recognize anymore because of this.
