Sorry about 1st post. Forgot to read what I typed. Sometimes keys on computer do not display when typed.It is a Timeshare Scam. Left a message that I could call 888-8810116 to speak to a rep.
They called on my cell phone which is registered with Do-Not-Call. There was just dead air on other end and I eventually hung up. Does anyone ever do anything about calls like this, legally?
Someone called about eliminating my time share fees. Problem? I have never had a timeshare.
This number leaves a message saying "Hi this is Brian calling about your timeshare"........we don't have a time share nor do we want one. I am on the do not call list and yet this person calls at least 3 times a week......very annoying.
Cld me today- I did not answer- did not recognize the number. They did not leave mess. I cld back but got no answer for some reason.
Called and left voice mail. "This is Brian with a courtesy call regarding your timeshare..." I don't even own a timeshare. Do not call doesn't work. I now use my own call blocker. Blocked numbers get a "not in service" message and my phone doesn't ring.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
