I do have a Kohl's card card, I am completely up to date on my payments, haven't used the card in weeks and I'm STILL getting hounded by the calls. Perhaps it's time to cancel the card due to harrasment.
Actually, the 262-703-1977 is what your caller ID provides for the call from the Kohl's credit call center located in the Philippines. It is also the same number that appears on other calls from this call center which pffers promotions from Kohls and perhaps other companies.The simplest way to deal with this sort of matter is to go to your local Kohl's store - does not matter if you have an account there or not. Ask to see the manager, don't call them go in person. If you have an account tell the manager to close it and tell him why - you do not like annoying phone calls from foreigners. If you do not have an account at Kohl's then tell him that is why you do not want one!Don't buy anything and leave, let the manager know your displeasure with their annoying tactics and shop at Target, or WalMart.That is what will stop this time of calls
constantly getting calls from this number and its getting very anoying, i do have a kohls card which they say that is who is calling but my account is up to date.
I don't even have a Kohls account. I have never had one and have no relationship with Kohls other than shopping there every now and then. I just got this phone a couple of weeks ago and they have already called me seventeen times. I'm really pissed off and will never shop at Kohls again because of this. I get nobody on the line when they call so I have no way of telling them that they have THE WRONG NUMBER! The person they are trying to reach is the previous owner of this number. These people are annoying. They give me no option to inform them of their error. I get no live person. I'm now boycotting Kohls and telling everyone I know to boycott them. They really need to work on this. They call late at night too which is incredibly frustrating. I thought robo calls were illegal?
