Universal Fidelty calling and demanding a credit card# to pay a so call outstanding balance. They wouldn't give me any information about the amount owed or to who it was for. They demanded a credit card#.

They call leave a computer voice message stating that I need to call back but do not leave a number to call, message was broken and cut out in parts of it. They did not give a company name just said to call about an important business matter. No number left to call back and no company name given. Um ok, what am I supposed to do with that!?!?!

Darn people have been calling alot usually I miss the call but they called up a few weeks ago claiming that I had an old cell bill that needed to be paid. (I have never owned a cell phone that was not prepaid minutes) First they insisted he was wrong then they hung up on my husband when he told them this. Today they say I owe for some kind of light house coin from the U.S. Postal Service. I have never ordered anything from the post office not even stamps, they transferred me to an answering machine when I told them this. I think I might call them again since they won't leave me alone then why should I leave them alone.

When making these kind of calls this message should state who they would like to speak too. I get calls for all Turner's at my number, even people that have deceased. Please state the person you are calling far.

They call me twice a day, usually first thing in the morning and as late as 9:30 at night. I answered once, the cow on the other end was very rude. She demanded I pay a bill for a credit card I have never owned. When she got abusive I hung up on her and now ignore the calls.

I'm so sick of this place calling. They call probably 20+ times a week. I never answer because I think it's telemarketers but they never leave a message so I don't really know who they are and what they want. Not until I found this website and see it's a collection agency. I don't know who they're working for because we have no delinquent payments of any kind. There are laws against them calling so much and the times at which they're calling, right? If not, there should be, this is pure harrassment! Pure [***]!

It returns to 1445 Langhem Creek Drive, Houston, TX 77084 Office phone there is listed as 281 675 3011. Why don't we call them and hang up a few times a day next week?
