Thank you for the tip re: pick up the phone and leave the line open without saying anything. I am so sick and tired of these callers and do not know how to block them. I am a senior and having some financial difficulties, so I am very nervous of who calls me. Thanks again.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
