I pick up (I always pick up, to the point where I can never remember the PIN to access my Voice Mail because of how little use it sees) and get a request of "please continue to hold" and the usual music for that, so I hang up because seriously, the least you could do is have a FAKE person on the other end. Filed as "Unknown" because I frankly have no reason to stick around long enough to see what they're trying to do.

Caller wanted personal information and claimed to be from some credit company that does not exist.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
