I saw I had a missed call with this number. No message was left could find no information about it except that 299 is not a valid area code.
Received a call at 7:20 am on a Saturday morning from this number. He wanted to sell me car insurance. I asked the name of the company, but I couldn't understand him. He had an accent and the background noise was extensive. I told him it was an inappropriate time to call and I was not interested. If I hadn't been woken up, maybe I would've been able to catch the name of the company. I tried to call it back later to get the name and the call could not be completed.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
