I got a call from 301-494-8098 on August 25, 2016 at 1:38 pm. I answered and it was a recorded message about being eligible to lower my credit card interest rates. I hung up before the caller finished her spiel. My caller ID said, "Survey." I have been on the federal do no call list for over ten years. I will report this call on donotcall.gov.
On 23 SEP 2016 1443hrs CDT, received call from "Owings MD". Did not answer, no message left.
Husband answered the call. I know better, ha ha. It was the lower your credit card interest scammers. Scum of the earth people who take advantage of the elderly.
