The best thing I did is getting a caller ID phone and avoided hundreds of unwanted calls.
CID says "important Msg". Called 2/5/16 at 6:45 PM. Added to call blocker. If any caller, and I mean ANY caller hides their true identity, I don't answer. Period.

Called and left a voicemail to remind me about a Doctor's appointment I had coming up in a few days.

Every day numerous calls from this. Shows on my Caller ID as "IMP MSG TELEVOX". I am on the National Do Not Call List. This is getting ridiculous. I do not answer them, do not owe any bills and have no kids at home. Call back and get busy signal.
I thought for sure this would be a spam call, since the phone number is definitely not from in my state, I didn't recognize it, and my caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME." But I picked it up anyway and just listened. After a good 10 seconds or so I got an automated message about an upcoming doctor's appointment I have.So, it was a legit call but could easily have been written off by me as spam if I hadn't decided to listen for a few seconds and see what happened.
