They use autodialers which do not recognize time zones nor time of day . Block them . Nothing else in the long run short of suing their sorry ( ____ ) has any effect on them and after vetting the company thoroughly they're not worth the effort of suing them either . So block them and be done with them . Though ... err .. next trip to Boulder I may just pay Aspen Media a little visit . Should be interesting to see their reaction when the likes of me shows up to say howdy
When my phone number is on the Do Not Call list they have *no business* calling me. and calling me at nearly 9pm and never leaving a message? I call that a scammer.
I received a call from this number twice in two days. I then searched it and found this thread. While reading it they called again for the second time that day. I answered by saying "do not call this number again". Of course there was no one there because it waits for an answered call first. When it clicked and someone answered I repeated my statement firmly. He then started to ask for whom I assume was me and I repeated my statement before he got to my name. I have zero tolerance for these sham businesses and the people that work for them. They contribute nothing but frustration to society. I'm sure they'll call again and if so I'll get mean. Harassing private individuals in not ok.
Aspen Media does not look in here . This site is for those of us being harassed ... not the companies doing the harassing that in fact could care less . As I stated a minute ago .... block their number ... and be done with them
I received two calls from them this weekend july 18-19..they are know on my u-verse blocked list of numbers.
Whether or not telemarketers are breaking the law, I don't want a bunch of telemarketer calls at my work phone, where whatever it is they're selling has absolutely nothing to do with my job.
I called and left a message to never call our business again after receiving many annoying calls. The idiots continue to call!

called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call
