I just got a call from this number too. Didn't answer and no message left. I found 100s of other reports on other websites about this number--apparently they're spamming everyone! It is located in Montgomery, WV. Seems like they're just dialing numbers at random. I'm in VA.
Got a call around 11:30 am from this number. No message but so glad I didn't answer after reading the other entries

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
