You can report the number to the National Do not call list's website. It doesn't matter if you are registered or not because it is a recording. I got this same call just a few min. ago (WA) and already reported it.

This is the second time I have gotten the call. I always hang up but I am in New Mexico! How the heck did they get my number. I am also on the do not call list.
I was applying to a job and a pop up came up that said they needed more information for the job. It was either ATT & Zappos. It asked me to enter my cell phone number for details to continue with employment. I entered the # in and now I keep getting calls from this # and text messages. If you get a text message scroll all the way to the end of the text message and you have an option to cancel/end the messages. I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry.
