call comes in each evening ... past 4 nights, no one is there and no message is left

Number keeps calling my phone with no message left and when I answer it hangs up. When I try to call back the number doesn't go through. Very annoying...how can this be stopped??

OMG! I was on the Acai website too! I know I started to order, then changed my mind. Do you think your husband gave his cell phone number to the site? Maybe I did and then backed out of the site. Everyday, 2 times a day, I get a call from the number.

we have been receiving calls from this number for a few weeks now. i too scoped out the acai berry crap, and promptly closed the window. they've been calling my cell phone, my hubby has been answering because we didn't recognize the number...today they hung up on me twice and the third time called me by name, and laughed at me and told me that my husband was in trouble and if i wanted to save him i shouldn't answer the phone so rudely and then hung up on me (i cursed when i answered the 3rd time because they never answer and call non freaking stop. i had to use profanity to get anyone to speak out loud...). i am with tmobil, and for a fee of 4.99 per month we can block the number...what??? how creepy. my hubby works all day busting his [***], i'm at home with our son, and phone calls like that are really freaky in the middle of the day, especially if it's at a time when i can't reach my husband to make sure that he is in fact okay. completely frazzled me!!! we are registered on the DO NOT CALL LIST. somehow, that's not making a difference. we have tried calling the number back and always got the loud annoying sound you get when a number isn't any good. i decided to try blocking my cell number and then calling the creeps back. that gave me the operator saying "the number you have dialed in incorrect. please hang up and try again." FRUSTRATED. these guys are complete [***].

company calls constantly, they are trying to sell service...they want to compare prices with con ed. i have requested to stop calling..i still get calls

I keep getting the call also. I say hello and get nothing. it will even wait till my voice mail picks up but does not leave anything but makes it so I have a message. Well today I answered and did not say anything and finaly this guy said, Rebecca, and I said yes and he said a few weeks ago I filled out a free trial for Acai berry and I cut him off and said I have been getting hang up calls from this number all week and there is a blog for the number and people are setting up police reports. His response was.... Well we are a mulit million dollar company so we welcome you to try and we will beat you. I said you better take my number off now. Funny Stuff we will see if the calls stop.

I have recieved calls from this # at least 3 times a day, for about 2 months now...I finally got a # that came up from the same people 1-866-908-8233...i was cussed out by one of the representatives who would not let me speak to a supervisor...this people are harrasers and they will not tell you what type of buisness they are associated with or what the purpose of their call is...this is the most annoying thing in the world...

These folks have been calling for two days and hang up when asked to stop. I've filed two reports to DoNotCall.gov and am going to see if my VOIP provider can block them. I haven't purchased or inquired about any of the products shared in other posts, so agree that this is an auto-dial phone center - there's also the lengthy delay after answering; you have to keep saying "hello". Due to the time difference, I also have been receiving calls early in the morning. These folks are not particularly skilled, so hopefully they will go by the wayside very soon.
