Just got a call from them. Location: Ten Sleep, WY. Didn't answer as usual and glad I didn't.What the heck is "credit card servicing"?As usual my old rule of "the cell phone is for my convenience, the answering machine is for yours" served me well.
They keep calling about credit cards, trying to get personal info. This is a scam, block them if you can. I don't understand why they can't be stopped since so many have reported them.
Answered call and was told by someone probably in another country, that my computer had downloaded a virus and had sent a message to them. I asked who he was but couldn't understand what he was saying. I asked who he was with and, again, I couldn't understand. However, everything he said about my computer having downloaded a virus, and he needed me to be in front of my computer so he could have access to my computer and fix the problem, before it destroyed my computer, was fairly easy to understand. I'm not that gullible! Love being able to gather and share information on this website!
got 3 calls yesterday and 1 today so far. Prerecorded message about reducing credit card rates. These people suck and shout be beat and tortured.
Call from this number. Left no message. When I tried calling back on a secure line it continually said the call could not be completed as dialed. SCAMMERS

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
