I just received a short ring phone call but I didn't answer thus I don't know this phone number. It has happened several occasions in different days. It looks like a prank call.
Just called me...answered....spoke in spanish to low and quick for me to understand (bad hearing)...then silence so I hung up.

According to my log, has called 10 times since 2023, always a new caller ID, this one came up as TellCityHall but same number, and at 9:49pm ffs.
