Called my cell phone at 1:20AM and woke me up. I do not answer unrecognized numbers... especially on my cell since the only people who have that number are family. Obviously a scam call... possibly from out of the country considering the time they called.
Phone rang at 12:53AM waking us from sleep. That's 12:53AM Eastern Time.When answered, caller started going on in Spanish and I hung up.
