Got a call from this number at 2:11 AM.....When I called back the next day, I heard the out of service message....
Same scenario -- rings twice to my unlisted/national Do Not Call registered number, and then hangs up w/out leaving a msg. call info says from Cheyenne, WY
I picked up the phone and it stopped dialing. From other post this is not a random call but something best not answered.
I was just called from same number at 1046p,no service when you call back.Can anything be done about this? Even telemarketers can only call up to 9pm,this is something else I think
