I just got a call from "Maritz" from 1(310) 525-1416. They didn't leave a message and when I called them right back their line was busy (probably already calling the next phone number in their robodex). So whatever their gig is, they're not afraid of using the same name and phone number that they've been using for a few years now. Be that as it may, I still blocked them. And I'll block the next phone number they use to annoy me. And the next number after that. And the next one. And the next one after that.
