Persistent calls to my cell phone from the number above. I do not answer calls from unknown callers and do not wish to receive them.

I've received TEN calls from this number since I moved to another state last week. When I ask to be placed on their Do Not Call list he says he just taking a survey. I began to answering the calls: Stop calling me! instead of hello not that it made any difference. I saved the number with the name Spam and just hit ignore. I have an HTC Radar phone if anyone can tell me how to block them.

Guy called at 6:15 PM saying he was calling on behalf of the military and asked for me by name. His phone was breaking up. Immediately I said wrong number and hung up. Didn't call back.

They are calling my cell even when blocked 6 times.
