I have received several calls from 312-529-9717, I don't answer, they are persistent. I finally answer two days ago, told them I do not want to participate in their survey, stop calling me. I get another call tonight at 8:40 p.m. Different agent, I flatly told them I already advised previous caller to stop calling me and to take me off call list. I told current call if they call me again I file a complaint with the FCC - do you understand? Yes, m'am, I am taking you off call list now.
They said they were doing a survey for the Dept of Transportation to determine traveling patterns that I use. City promised me a $25 check for my participation.I answered and gave out personal info, now I am in doubt my personal info may be in the wrong hand.
got a call from them last month - did a 10 min. survey on "travel to other states in the U.S.". they said they would send me $10 in three weeks, for completing the survey. i gave them my name and address. (now I wish I hadn't)never got the check, what a surprise. not.but they never called me back, so i did get rid of them ... what rats.
This keeps showing up on my cell phone! They never answer if I answer the call. I get 2-5 of them per day.
Receiving calls from this number twice a day for some kind of survey. I've blocked the number. I'm also on the national do not call list but these jerks keep bothering me!
I just got a call of the same number 1321 529 9717. They say their the center for disease control but it shows as a chicago number. and even though I have talked to them and told them to stop calling me they call every day. everytime I tell them to take my number off their call list they hang up on me and when I try to call back I get an automated message to enter my survey # and that I can't leave a message because the mail box is full.
Really annoyed with this number. Has anyone had success getting this number to stop calling?

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
