Any scammer can call and program in a caller id from wherever they choose. I declined their call from my cell. ANY person from ANYWHERE can call you(us). I got a call last week fromMY OWN NUMBER ON MY CALLER ID, and when I called ATT about it, I was told that THEY WERE "having a rash of complaints" the same as mine. Smart alek kids who have nothing better to do. They WANT you to call back then they have YOUR phone nbr to make their hacking easier. Or for your nbr to show up as their caller ID. Beware. Just BLOCK!!

They said that my number was selected for a survey about vaccinations for any children under 18 living in household. I told them that my number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST. A search shows this number to be from Chicago, Illinois. A land line using Ameritech Illinois with a spam score of 97%.
