recieved same call as all, 2 calls within few hours of each other and I too just had a sears service man come out to the house to look at Microwave purchased at Home Depot.
well if its home depot, we had to replace our hot water tank 3 weeks ago. it was under warranty and it didnt cost us anything. WE REMOVED IT OURSELVES, TOOK IT TO HOME DEPOT, BROUGHT BACK THE NEW ONE & INSTALLED OURSELVES. sounds like a [***] call if they are covering so many different companies. we've had appliances delivered/serviced and NEVER got calls like this.
Yes, I bought appliances from Home Depot and Sears in the last month. It is annoying that they keep calling and won't leave message. First call came in at 8:09 AM. This is a great resourceThanks

Saw that it was home depot, answered, but they hung up right when i picked up. Figured it was to leave a review for the people who came out and did the installation. I would have given them a good review. oh well.

yep, same here. I received a call at 9:54 am. The guys delivering a Samsung fridge I bought from Home Depot had left around 8 am so they are pretty quick on the mark to phone
