It is Sears and for those of you who didn't know Sears Tech department is the one that gets all the contracts for service from A&E, Home Depot, Lowes and most other companies that sell service contracts for major appliances or the appliances themselves. Yes, harassment and deception are their specialty not to mention lousy service. But then what can you expect from a company that used to be KMart and now calls themselves Sears. Making everyone believe Sears purchased KMart when it was the other way around. .
Have received numerous calls on my CELL phone from this number. They don't leave a message! I had a ge profile dishwasher repaired that I purchased at hhgregg. After doing a reverse lookup, it must be the company hired to collect data on customer satisfaction after a service call! This company called ,Telesight, gets an "F" in customer service for not leaving a message, yet still comtinuing to call! I will not answer now, NO WAY!!!!!Just found out its all automated, they do have website! I will be letting them know how bothersome they are!!!!
Same here they call every half hour...didn't know who it was so I didn't answer I'll answer now an give them a piece of my mine A & E needs to back off with the calls
Had a GE fridge delivered yesterday from Home Depot. Then the calls started and they are still going on. I know they want me to do a survey, but I never answer calls where I don't recognise the ID. Fortunately I had enough foresight to refuse to give Home Depot my cell phone number, thank goodness. They can call my land line till they are blue in the face, I won't be answering it.
Just got a call from this number. Also, just had a fridge delivered, purchased from Home Depot. It was a survey about the delivery company.
This makes sense reading all of the comments since I had a delivery, but why don't they leave a message so you can just call them back??
From my experience and the comments, it sounds like this number is a company that performs customer satisfaction surveys for several different companies. The call to me was in regards to a recent phone call I made to Chase bank customer service... from a person who will ask you many questions if you agree to the survey. I prefer Time Warner Cable's approach: a machine that asks you to type in a rating for about four questions with an optional open ended comment. Much more efficient and quicker to do. Normally I wouldn't answer a phone call from a number I don't recognize, but I am in the middle of moving and have therefore been making and receiving phone calls from all over the US recently.
I too received a call concerning my satisfaction on a call made to Chase addressing my concerns over their fraudulent handling of my mortgages. They asked about my satisfaction over talking with a Kimberly Givens Senior Account Administrator who to the best of my knowledge was not the person I talked to at all. She is however someone who has been calling me 20+ times a day, 7 days a week. When I told the gentleman on the phone that she didn't give me her title he couldn't get off the line fast enough.I believe they are also being used by companies to circumvent the do not call orders placed upon them and to continue to harass clientell
Constantly receive calls from "Telesight Inc." but have not answered any. No message is left either. After reading the previous messages, I, too, believe that to be because of Home Depot. I recently purchased a microwave. If the caller seems that intent on calling, why do they not leave a message?
