I received a call twice on my cellular from 312 640-3944. The first time was when driving and when I answered with my hands free device all I heard was press 1 for..., I hang up. This was two days ago. Tonight at home I received a call again from this number, but when I answered, I heard dead air, nothing. In reading the blogs, it makes sense as we had new garage doors installed by Sears a couple of weeks ago and it might be an automated survey.

Got a new water heater from Sears on Wednesday and have had 3 calls from this number. I answered the first one - and got the "press 1 for English." So immediately disconnected. No message was left on the other 2 calls.

Must be Sears, since we got a refrigerator delivered yesterday. Thanks for this service. I hate junk mail and junk phone calls.

Ive recieved 3 or 4 of these calls and when I answer, no one speaks. Very iratating. I didnt have an appliance repair tho I did have a new Frigidair fridge door replaced because of a scratch and a new GE washer replaced because of a rough spin cycle. Im gonna call the dealer and complain... if it will do any good. I survived a direct hit from the EF5 tornado last year in Joplin and just moved into a new house from Convoy of hope and the last thing I need is unwanted phone calls!

i got a call from this number after having a recall item fixed on our GE dishwasher. so it must be a service call follow up. don't any of these people know i don't answer calls from names or numbers i don't know?

Home Depot delivered a GE dishwasher to our house this morning. I received two "dead air" calls from this number within five hours of delivery. Perhaps the automated survey system is malfunctioning.

Yes, I know who this is. I, too, was getting call after call from this number. I do not answer calls if I don't know who it is. There was never any msg left. I used to live in Chicago, and I was hoping that this might be an old friend or a former patient of mine. I came to this site, and saw that the calls were connected to purchasing appliances from Home Depot. I just had a washer/dryer delivered. Today, I decided to pick up the call and yell at whoever was bothering me and so many others. It turned out to be an automated survey. . . . asking how you would rate the delivery of your appliances and the men who installed them. I remembered that the delivery guys told me that I would receive a call asking me to rate their service.So, I began to answer the survey. Unfortunately, I have no patience for repetition, and when I had to keep listening to the same instructions after every question, I began punching in the number of my answer right after the question without listening to those damn instructions. It would not take my answer until after the nonsense finished. After about 3 questions like this, I hung up on the survey. I am hoping that even a partial response from me will stop the incessant calls.

I didn't even purchase my dishwasher - I actually rent my house. But the GE dishwasher had a recall and a repair man came to replace the faulty part last week. Obnoxious to be getting these calls in general, but especially during my work day!

everyone needs to realize the following: when you buy appliance from Home Depot, their delivery company is owned by GE. GE gives out ALL your info. not sure if they sell it (likely) or just give it away. you will get tons of calls now from people that have your name, numbers, address, etc. I personally verified this. Your calls will not end, they will increase as more companies get your info
