Just had repair using A & E Factory Service 2 days ago. Now someone from this number has called 6 times. Will never use them again! Nor purchase anything from Sears.

Telesight -- they do research into customer satisfaction for Home Depot. I had a washer and dryer delivered and was told that I would get a call for a survey and this is that number.

yes,They have , i would say, been almost harassing me. dryer not functioning, A and E came for service, but the dryer was replaced. They have been calling and calling, and tho I tell them that the dryer was replaced and the parts ordered were sent back they keep calling.They even told me they would stop, but they have not. What is wrong here?

Received a call from them about 2hrs after receiving an Ikea delivery. Since I'm in Canada i found it weird to receive a call from Illinois??? Did not answer. I would definitly try to find the firewall apps for my cell!

It's a survey company for Home Depot. If you bought something recently from them and/or had something delivered to your house, this company calls you for HD to see how well they did. Only takes a few minutes.

I had service from A&E Repair (just yesterday), that does the service for Maytag and other major appliances. I did not pick up the phone but from reading on this site, I guess it's their survey calling.

I had an A and E factory service representative come to repair my washer on Friday October12. Have gotten 3 of these calls with no message left. I am from Indiana but the area code shows that the call is from the Chicago area.

unwanted call - unknown who keeps calling

Purchased a freezer from Home Depot. Faulty defrost timer serviced by A&E. Receiving calls from Sears after A&E completed service. Suspect it's a customer satisfaction survey follow-up.

Received two calls from this number. The first call I answered, the line was dead. The second time they called, it was an automated survey about my recent Home Depot delivery (which wasn't even an hour ago).
