Got a call from these guys, they claimed to be Ipsos, and they were doing a research survey for Visa. They asked for me by name, and for me to confirm that were talking to me, but I didn't confirm anything.
Got call from (312) 775-1287 at 6:20 p.m.on Aug 13. I wasn't here at time. Name displayed was "IPSOS," a worldwide marketing firm in Paris, France. No message was left on answering machine. Registering with National Do-Not-Call List mustn't work internationally! Still, area code (312) is Chicago. Thank goodness I have an answering machine to screen calls! Expect many more in next months before elections.
I rec'd a call from 312-775-1287. When I did a reverse look-up on another website, it said this ph# is a land line. If this is Blue Cross, why in the heck would they be calling me?? I'm just a poor slob that doesn't have any health ins! I rec'd a call from another ph# (Wyoming ph#) and when I tried to call it back, the message said it was a non-working number! How ridiculous! Sick of being harassed by all these phone calls!
