Yeah! My Caller ID also said "ILLEGAL SCAM". How much clearer need it be? I was out and my phone wasn't taking messages.
I get calls from 313-355-5255 everyday. The caller ID comes through as "ILLEGAL SCAM". I guess the phone company is catching onto them.
Cute...caller ID said....illegal scam. How appropriate. We never answer calls with number we don't recognize.
Just received the call from "Illegal Scam" - LOL. I thought, "gosh, should I answer??" Not! Finally, someone got it right and tagged this phone number appropriately!
I just got a call from 1-313-355-5255 and caller ID said ILLEGAL SCAM when I answered no one responded and the call disconnected.
Amazing!My CID displayed "ILLEGAL SCAM"My call log showed the number belongs to "Member Services" (you all know of them, right?).I don't know if their phone line was hacked, or if the phone company is trying to warn people.Or - maybe it is a literacy test. People who answer a call from "ILLEGAL SCAM" are probably more prone to being scammed.

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
