Caller ID said "Bank of America", no message left, Looks like scammers. As of today, I have changed my outgoing voicemail to a dis-connected recording, hoping that either the auto-dialer will detect the tone and remove me from their list, or that someone will actually pick-up, hear the recording and flag my number as inactive.

If you're so irritated, GET A CALL BLOCKER!

Asked me to take a survey and said yes. Due to not very fluent English and poor phone reception I said I couldn't hear the questions very well. They politely said they won't give surveys to the hard of hearing and said goodbye. Even if this was a scam or not the caller was nice, polite and professional to me.I hope they will note me as hard of hearing and remove my number.

Called 3 times in the last 4 days. Bank of America. Didn't leave message.

This is a research company asking people for their opinion on certain products or services they are not telemarketing. If you do not want to participate and be placed on the "do not call list" you must call 1-800-864-8601 leave your telephone number with the automated system. I did and they have not called back.

what kind of box did you get and where did you purchase it?

As soon as I saw Bank of America in the caller ID, I assumed this was a scam. I have the ringer on my phone turned off because 85% of all the calls I get are from crooks and scammers. Anyone that I actually know leaves a message and I call them back.

I called this number and it was silent for awhile but I waited. They stated that they are NOT telemarketers but a research company so the DO NOT CALL law does not apply to them. They gave a number to call if you wanted to be removed from their list so as not to participate in their survey.
