Call came in yesterday as Bank of America. I answered the call and they told me it was a survey for the bank. I told them no thanks and hung up. Today I recieved another call from the same number and answered again, when I was told it was it was a survey - I told them they called me yesterday and then asked them how many times are you going to call me? The lady asked if I wanted to be put on their do not call list and I said YES! I have now blocked this number

Scam!! Thought it was legit since I bank with BOA. Started to do a customer satisfaction survey. I hung up when she asked me my age! Red flag.

Three calls. Didn't pick up. No message left.

I got twice their calls. I answered 2nd time. It is a genuine survey about my recent visit to the branch. They were notasking any account number information. 'Are you satisfied?' --the person asked. I told 'yes'. 'Anyone from your familyworks for the bank?--he asked. I told 'yes'. The survey ended. Not a bogus phone call. But 3rd party surveying for the bank.

I was told the same thing by Bank of America Customer Service - they do not make survey calls nor do they have any agency make survey calls for them.
