It was a survey by BoA asking me to rate the branch I use. About 12 questions and it was over in 3 minutes.

Picked up, nobody was there phone went to busy signal. I.D showed phone number twice.

This looks like an actual satisfaction survey call conducted from Bank Of America through a 3rd party surveys company. They didn't ask for any personal information but whether or not you're 18 years or older... so I did the satisfaction survey... very bad communication though.

called yesterday 2x..1x early in am ....2nd time 8:30 PM. Call goes to answering machine but there is no message.I always check online here to see if anyone else has gotten the call. I intend to set my call block so they only hear a phone ringing for as long as they stay on the line. Thanks to all who post. their experience. I wondered why they did not leave a message if they were a bank..,I do not call back when no message is left and actually I don't call back at all.

Bank of America survey is via computer only if you called them about an issue!!! Then next day take survey!!!!! I just got another one! They don't leave a message!!! I will call B of A again to report. Call bank of America!!! Very annoying it is!!! I look up all #s that call and hang up So!!! After 3 hang up calls buy a boat horn!!!!!! So for a few months no calls! Rt now have 2 numbers. That will get the blast!!! Is Loud. !!!!!! But works. Good luck

Multiple calls today from this number. It's not BofA.

This is not Bank of America or a survey company or a telemarketer. This is a DEBT COLLECTOR most likely a third party (aka lower than pond scum bulk debt buyers). They are dialing for dollars after getting a stack of so-called un-collectable debts for pennies on the dollar. IF you or anyone who answers your phone has even a remote recollection of the person that they're looking for THEN the sirens sound on their end and they have a now-confirmed GOOD contact number. At this point, they are legally in the clear to hound you to the gates of hell unless you follow the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) and send a certified, return receipt CEASE AND DESIST letter...good luck getting their mailing address though.
