When Express scripts calls if you do not answer, they ALWAYS leave a voicemail. This one did not. As I no longer use Express Scripts and they have been notified of my insurance change, I find it highly doubtful they would call. I agree with the above users that this has to be a scam call.
Yes I called the main number , I am their consumer ,I had a main supervisor call the number back , yes they express scripts . This no. called me this afternoon w/a man he knows my name & address , he wants my date of birth , ALARM ! went off in my head , I told him for wanting to know my DOB , I told him to talk to my lawyer . I was informed by the supervisor I do not have to give my DOB . if you wish to find out for yourself if you are their consumer or not just call 1-800-4 refill , get a them to call this number , they even told me hold on so they can call that number. I must admit it was a bit of a scary call . As for me I data mine a lot . I do report spoofers & scammers to the real entity so that if it is a scam they are made very well aware . Thank you , just look up their real number & get it checked out , but get a real person of authority to do it not the refill guy .
same thing - call every 2d day with no response if I answer. Probably spoofing the number.
Yes this is "express scripts" and when asked for my phone number I gave it to them and my name as well, he said that phone number is attached to another name then proceded to ask me for further information about myself and said trust me mam, I bet you have Express Scripts and don't realize it? UM...think I would know wouldn't I. I hung up and blocked the call from my iphone
This number called my father, who does not lightly give out his number. He answered and they were asking for myself. He didn't mention if they directly said they were express scripts, but they did say it had something to do with a prescription of mine.To my memory, I have no prescription that should be renewed and the only prescription I've had was about 6 months ago for a single use item.I called the express scripts number which Google provided me and she confirmed that Express Scripts did make a call regarding me recently, but she didn't see anything on my file about a prescription or anything that would warrant a call. So, it was confirmed to be Express Scripts, but the details surrounding it are still a bit out of the ordinary.
It is Express Scripts calling about a legit prescription order placed. Express Scripts is really good about shipping prescrips to me.
These people called my cell, it went to my VM, they did not leave a message however, there was dead silence for 4 minutes on my VM. I called the number back, and asked that they remove me from their call list, she says I need your D.O.B., Address, phone number, and other information, i said my phone number should be sufficient, she said NO it was not, so I said forget it, I am not giving you my information, and I will just block your number from my phone, she was not rude, but I don't like giving out my personal information to someone that I'm not even sure is legit.
