Just got a call but did not answer & there was no message left. Looked like a telemarketer to me.

This number beeped as a call waiting while I was on another call. I didn't take it, and it went to my phone company voice mail instead of the answering machine. The voice mail system always states what number the message is from, and here's where you can see that it is spoofed. Even though my caller ID shows "Service Call" from 315-939-1963, phone company voice mail says that the call came from "000-000-0000".A male voice actually left a message asking for me by first name only, then said nothing more and hung up. I could hear other people in the background, sounds like a call center.This fake car warranty scam is getting pretty old. Don't bother talking to these people. They seem to enjoy the attention.

BEWARE BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS. I have received 11 phone calls from this number today. I have answered 4 of them. Each time they say they are with the vehicle warranty dept for Hyundai. Well, my Hyundai just went out of warranty. Each of the first 3 callers did not know how much it cost or how to even transfer a phone to the warranty dept. The fourth call I answered, I informed them that they were a bunch of dumbasses. They immediately transferred me to the warranty dept. A guy gets on the phone and says to me, " are you normally this mean" I said Yes, what do you want, what do you need, how much is it, I don't have alot of time and I am very busy. He says, I can take care of that and hangs up the phone. I call the Hyundai warranty dept and they stated they have not made any such calls. He google this number and said there were many complaints about this number. Obviously, this is a group of low life sons of [***] who are doing everything they can to get my credit card info. The next time they call, I'm gonna have some fun with them. I hope they call again, please do.

They just called me and asked about a 2005 Mustang and asked to speak to my dad. Told the woman, "No, my father isn't here and my parents don't own that car anymore." Kind of freaky they know some of this information. Only reason I answer was because it's close to my sister's number in Fort Drum, NY. -_-

Receiving same calls but they hang up when machine comes on. I don' even have the same car type. It's scary to me that he knew everyone's name....not good. You can report them. I am. Good luck.

Keep getting calls from 315-939-1963. They hang up when they hear my machine. I see other people are receiving calls from this number wanting to know if husband is home or if I owe a certain type of car. They've must have called me at least 25 times!

I received a hangup call today from this number. My caller ID lists it as "Service Call".

Just received a call from this number asking about the warranty of my car. And of course was told that it was about to expire. I asked if the company was associated with the suzuki dealer. His response was that he was calling from the second floor of the warranty company. When I asked him questions he told me to stop talking over him and called me a [***]. I cannot understand how or why scam companies are allowed to call and harass people on the phone.They should not even be allowed to have assess to phone numbers.

They keep calling our number and yes it is scary that they knew our name and got our home number? I will be reporting this to the police dept. When you try to call the number back the number does not take incoming calls.
