They call almost everyday and usually two time a day. It is card services and this is the last chance i'll get to take advantage of lowering my interest rate on my credit card. Well I don't have a credit card and don't their services. I have opted out of this deal and punched in #3 to be removed. However, this does no good at all, Like clockworkthey still call. I started punching in #1 to speak to a representative and have repeatedly asked them not to call any more. The next time I will notify and fcc or fbi or? What happened to the no call list for telemarketers too???

Suddenly I started getting tons of calls for the last two months from, I suspect all from Florida, and from 321-304-9999. I do not answer them any more. If I talk to them, they sound like hard core, and yell, and insult you, and keep calling. I believe these fake numbers must be stopped by the telephone companies/exchanges to solve this harrassing problem to hundreds and may be thousands of people. I have also filed complaint with NO CALL REGISTRY, but seems like they have become paralyzed to police and punish this monstrous problem. Our government has become ineffective in solving this problem presently. My city police department talked to one of the 800 caller from Florida selling education services, who also used fake numbers, but they did not stop. This is a pure scam using different tactics and different business names to rip people off. I hope FTC will stop geberating these fake numbers in order to stop this mess.

I've been getting calls from this number telling me they can lower my credit card interest rate frequently. If you're on the national do not call register, go to donotcall.gov and look for the 'File a Complaint' link. File a complaint!

This number has been calling my house several times a day for the past couple weeks. The caller ID is V09061614570123 and the phone number is 321-304-9999. I have asked to be removed from their list and finally spoke to someone today. They were rude insisting I owed them 60 thousand dollars and if I didn't pay it they were going to come take my house. Someone needs to get these people to stop doing this, it's very annoying.

Had this call for this number, another call from a California number not from any relative and 2 out of area calls. Did not pick up the phone. We are on the DO NOT CALL List. No messages left and needless to say I am seriously annoyed

I keep getting recorded calls from this number telling me if I call that number I can lower the interest rates on my credit cards...I do not have credit cards with anyone except my bank. Ergo, this is a false and unwanted call as I am on the "Do Not Call" list.

I get multiple calls from this number, wanting to lower my interest or something. DoNotCall doesn't seem to work in this case. Very annoying.

these are crooks who ask for your credit card and bank numbers, telling you things like: they are a large company and can make banks lower your interest rates because there is strength in numbers and other bs like that. after i asked him some questions, he finally caught on that i was trying to get more info on him and his "business" and hung up on me. now i see on caller id they have been calling again. i get these calls from this number and other numbers that turn out to be doing the same thing: getting people to give them account numbers. i tried to pursue this but found that nothing can be done.

"Rachel" seems to be very worried about my credit card interest rate. "She" calls from lots of different numbers on a regular basis. Recorded scam - don't bother!

Just ask them if this is a scam and they hang up on you
