It's a scam. They are spoofing the phone number that they are calling from. They are trying to get your personal information. If you try to speak with someone, they hang up on you or curse at you. Do not even bother talking to them.Everyone has to report them to donotcall.gov each and every time they receive one of these scammer calls.

Left a mssg wanting to lower my interest rate. No real caller ID other than FLORIDA. Don't know the company because the automated caller didn't wait for the beep of my mssg machine. I got only half of it.

This is a credit card "interest lowering" scam that says it's "urgent" that you call them back. I pressed 1 for "agent" and he started into his sales pitch. I told him I've asked them, repeatedly, to put me on their do not call list. I told him I'm registered on the National Do Not Call List. I told him this about the 10th time I've asked them to stop calling me. Then he started playing stupid and pretending he doesn't know about the do not call list; said it's not illegal to call and argued with me about the telemarketing laws. I said I was going to report them if they don't stop calling. He was, "so what, what can they do" and I told him they could fine them. He said, "they can't fine us if they can't find us."I filed complaint with FTC. Suggest you do the same.

Yup, the famous "lower your interest rates" scammers who use Caller ID spoofing to hide their real number. I do press the number to speak to an operator and ask them if they are that desparate for a job that they have to work for organized crime. If I'm bored I play along for a bit feeding them bogus information to waste their time as much as possible before asking how much they will pay me to use their card. Since they don't offer rebates like my primary card does I just say sorry not for me and hang up/

This number keeps calling my phone EVERY DAY! This is harassment!!! They better stop calling me or I will seek legal action!
