Do not be scared! These idiots have been calling me off and on for over a year. They read from a script and are usually from India. They are looking for people who get intimidated easily and they try to bully them into thinking you owe them money. They always say I'm going to jail on Friday. Well, I haven't gone yet! Ha! My lawyer said all you can do is not answer and they eventually stop calling you once they realize they're wasting their time. They will move onto the next number. Just got a call on my dying mother's phone the same as all the rest call back in 4hours. And a restraining order dont know who a dying person could hurt and going garish her wages dont know what nothing of nothing is we hadnt call them back and aint going too this isnt illegal no name stated not legal in state of tennessee and mom cousin is sheriff so he knows they better leave her alone

Received a call today saying I had 4 hours to call back or they will have a restraining order against me. REALLY! Don't they know that's to keep you away. I tell you people don't have nothing better to do but to harass people. They need to STOP! I've been getting calls like this for a year now. How can I stop them from calling me.

I called back and got someone. I asked them where they were calling me from. The guy answered "Ohio". I said "no, what is the name and address of your business?". The guy then said the business name was RS Equities and then told me I was not in their files. I guess you just gotta press thes jerks and they back off. It's definitely a scam.

I got the same bogus message about a restraining order and con acting my employer when I have never even been to Ohio and can't even work cuz in disabled and when I called back all I got was voicemail box is full fkg pathetic losers scamming on ppl need to get a fkg life

What did they say to your employer? I had the same threatning call today. Scared me ruined my whole day. I am now home from being sick.

I received a recorded call this morning telling me to call this number (330)205-7460. It stated that it involved a restraining order and if I did not respond to their call by pushing 9, or calling this number back it might involve contacting my employer or assigning my wages. They called me at my place of employment. I did not respond to their call.

Thank you EVERYONE for posting all this info!!! I just received this call....once again...and had me a little worried too. Then I came across these postings and feel MUCH better. The funny thing is that they say they will contact my employer for garnishment of my wages. Guess what......I DON'T EVEN HAVE A JOB!! Good luck with that...let me know how that works for you!!
