I just got this call too. My heart skipped a beat. Thank goodness I see that I am not the only one and that this is probably just a scam. I would think if a restraining order were placed against me I would have had to have it given to me directly? I'm not sure. Never had one. But I will not worry about it.
I received the call with the same message as have been stated repeatedly in this message string. The number they called me on is an PRIVATE UNLISTED NUMBER that I pay a fee every month to keep private. It pisses me off that they can get their hands on my PRIVATE number and use it to harrass me in this way. Do something about these jerks!!!
This phone call that I got told me I had 4 hours to call back. They said that I would get a restraining order if I didn't return this phone call and that I may have to appear in court and to contact my lawyer. I tried to call back and the voice mail box was full. I was at work at the time and it scared and stressed me out to the point I couldn't function at work.
Well it was my turn now!!! Pretty comical!!!! Well I better get things done,3 1/2 days before I go to jail...
Just got same call - doesn't make sense that they'd get a restraining order if they want a call back - and how funny they tell you to call back but voicemail full- SCAM
I got the same message today. What I did was instead of leaving my number forthe call back, I left the local number for the FBIoffice. That should stop him in his tracks
I received the same voicemail and tried to call them back and just rings forever and goes to voicemail and never indicates what the name of the company is and voicemail box is full.
Got the same scary call today--I'm so thankful for the internet so all of us don't have to sit in fear, alone because of calls like this. I'm going to answer it if/when they call again. I also appreciate the laws regarding this being put on here! THANK YOU!!! And, thank you to everyone else who shared. :-) Phew!

Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
There are 2 other numbers that are from this same number - 1-800-457-4708 and
1-302-927-3338.
They say they are calling for Clear Springs RX and has family name has health record.
