Got the message at work to call within 4 hours or warrent would be issued for my arrest. Called and the mailbox was full. US Dex reverse showed me it was a cell phone out of Minerva, OH. Minerva is a town of 3700 with no police department. So I called the Carroll Co Sherriff Dept. The deputy assured me it was scam. I also notified my local sheriff and the security dept at work.

Just recieved a blocked call from someone who says i have 4 hrs to reply or they will put a restraining order out on me call my employer garnish my wages on a litigation that someone has named me on. the number to call back was 330-205-7460 i know its a scam have gotten calls like this before i even tried calling back and you can't even leave a message it says mailbox is fulli wish they would get these people... so watch out people

Just received the same type of call for an employee who has not been employed here for over 2 years. Have received calls previously from collection agencies for him. The last I knew he was in prison for drugs. He had purchased a red convertible because I had to supply information for the loan. Assuming this is some type of a collection agency. In regards to some loan companies, I have told them the loan applicant is on gov assistance which is true because of the paper work I have completed and they still give them a loan.

Left an automated recording on my voice mail at my job. I knew it was a scam. It was something about contacting my employer and a restraining order. Please do not contact these people or provide them any of your personal information. This is a scam. If you return their phone call it will only assist them in contacting you in the future. Many people who receive these calls have been contacted by other companies with the same scam. This is because these companies are purchasing your personal information for pennies. If you have ever applied for loans or anything online they have the ability to contact you. It is quite aggravating hearing these vm on your business phone by people who are probably walking around in their robes, slippers, and drinking malt liquor. Don't be afraid... the joke is really on them. Look at how many people recognize that this is a scam. I am thankful that everyone is keeping the number updated but eventually there will be a new number with a new company. Stay encouraged!

this was upsetting as I received the call on my employers line. it was clearly bogus. this so called law firm is claiming I was extened a pay day loan but couldn't tell me when or how much. he went on to say he onlly knew supoenas and restraining orders i said an action begins with a summons and complaint. I told him this seemed too much like a scam from a couple of years ago. (I left off that the then caller had a thick indian accent.

I got the same one on my work phone

They are even calling me at work now! I called the # back (cause my lawyer/mother said to) and it sounded like a cell phone when the voicemail came on, and then, the voicemail was full! What in the world is wrong with people!

I received the message saying that I am named in a lawsuit and I I have hours to call back or they would contact my employers about garnishing my wages. Freaked me out because I do not owe anyone.

I love how they throw out legal phrases too. These foreigners has a lot to learn than only watching "Law & Order". They called my phone and left a message this morning to call them within 4 hours. Then they called back again after 4 hours giving me another 4 hours to call them back. What they didn't know is the second time my company taped the message because I work for a legal attorney. Our legal counselor does not take these calls too kindly at all. I just want these 3rd world criminals to get caught because there are folks out there who will take these calls seriously and they should never speak to these foreigners.
