386 233 3694I GET THIS CALL OFTEN ALONG WITH OTHERS ALL TIMES OF DAY.ITS ABOUT GETTING LOWERE INTEREST RATES.I OWE NO MONEY AND I PHONED, AND I PRESSED THE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO THE PERSON.HE HUNG UP ON ME AS SOON AS I SAID I WAS NOT INTERESTED.HE NEVER LET ME FINISH MY SENTENCE TO EXPLAIN WHY.ANYWAY, I AM SURE ITS FROM THE USA.
I just got a call 2. Checked on 411 - reverse lookup for business - it is a telemarketer for credit card services calling from Florida. 2 many telemarketers these days - we r inundated with them.
Do not trust anybody...Do not call list it is a scam ... just to get a info from you....Every GOv and Crown Corp it is a scam or fraud... to get $$$ from you do not get into their contractwithhhhh them everAll rights reservedWithout prejudice
Asked if I wanted to lower my credit card rates. I pressed 1 and asked to b removed from their list. she replied with a "ha good luck with that!" Would like these people to get caught and quit trying to scam...or at least get them to quit calling me. Last time I had these exact same type of calls they would call up to 7 times a day.
I love the idea of calling and harassing them...first I will try the horn and then I will take your tactic!
Since I am on the do-not-call list, when I got the call today, I opted to speak to them...since their claim of taking my name off their list has not worked on all previous calls. I tried to find which company they were representing..and he claimed it could be one of 51 companies. When I asked what the name of the telemarketing company was, I got just a long evasive answer. Further, I was not able to find where they were located.I have tried putting my number on the US do-not-call list, but numbers outside of the country are not accepted. There are too many cross-border business transactions to not have a reciprocal deal with do-not-call lists! Also for calls where you pick up the phone and get dead air - that is highly likely to be telemarketers who are using a feature called Predictive Dialing on their systems - the system calls the next person on the list, knowing that someone in the telemarketer force will be available when the call needs it...and sometimes they aren't .... so the machine either holds the call or drops it.If they call, I am not doing business with them!
Called me at home, Cornwall area (eastern Ontario, Canada). Went to voicemail, no message was left.
