I got this call a few days ago, it came up ESM. They wanted me to do so me kind of survey. I told them to take my number off their list and they haven't called back since. Just answer the phone and tell them to take the number off the list if they call again ask to speak to a manager and tell them you are going to report them. If you never tell them to take your number off they will keep calling and who knows if they will sell your number to someone else too.

Sick of this! The no call list seems to mean nothing to these people! What is it going to take to get rid of this harassment? Reporting does not do anything, being on a do not call registry does nothing to help at all..what can we do? Nothing. These people will continue to get away with this because no one cares about our complaints!

Getting several calls daily from this Evergreen Marketing. I'm calling Time Warner as I think they are the culprit.

These clowns are Evergreen Sales & Marketing. They are a royal PIA! They were calling me (8 times in 1.5 weeks)on behalf of Time Warner, but always hung up when I answered (automated machine). A phone number where you can actually reach them to tell them to stop pestering you is 386-258-2400. also www.evergreensales.net When I called and told them I filed an FCC complaint about them, they put me on their do not call list (supposedly immediately), but also informed me that because I was not on Time Warner's do not call list, they were able to call me. I called Time Warner and they said that they showed me on the Natl do not call list. After talking with another supervisor, I found that they can code your account to not receive any marketing calls, for any reason - you have to make the distinction between their internal DNC list and the national DNC list - they won't put you on their internal one if you don't specifically ask.

BY THE WAY 5 minutes of online research got the above info.

Contact them at 386-258-2400. You should get a live body there. Tell them you are (or will) file a complaint with the FCC if you are not immediately put on their "do not call" list. If you are a cable subscriber, you'd do well to contact them and tell them to do the same.

Answered, noone on the line and I waited a full minute for someone to answer.Also on the Do Not Call list.

I got the below verbiage from their website. I added myself to their do not call list. I don't know why they don't abide by national or state do-not-call lists (which I am already on) but I filed a complaint with the federal do-not-call website. Apparently Comcast (my cable provider) hires EM to do marketing for them. ESM 386-538-7500 Calls at least twice a day. How do I get this stopped?
