this type of call should not be allowed. Our phone number is on the national do-not-call registry. they placed a call to our house phone. when i called back they had a pre-recorded telamarketing message. (did time warner communications sell our listing?) because they knew that i had digital phone service and they were trying to sell me something. this is an invasion on our privacy and should not be tolorated!

got a call from them at 8 a.m. not the first call. have been on the do not call list for years

They call me at least twice a day esp. during dinner time. On the Federal do not call list since Sep 04. Frustrated with these people.

In order to stop them from calling you need to call the number back and add your telephone number to their "private" do not call list.

Ditto, have received 3 calls so far from them, have not picked up because I didn't recognize the ID. Google lead me here. I have also filed a complaint with the feds.

From an above post, I called Evergreen at 904-296-0550 ext 2118 at 700pmEST. I got a real live person on the phone who was curious how I had their number. They are telemarketers and I said I'm sick of the calls from 386 538-7500. Let all of us keep calling their company and see how they like it. Unite!!!!!

I am constantly getting calls from this number and I'm sick of it. When I pick up the phone, nobody answers, but I traced the phone number back through star 69. Now, how do I get this company to stop calling me? I've had it. My phone rings constantly, day and night.

I just started getting phone calls from Florida recently. Thought it was odd to see the Jacksonville number show up again, so I did reverse lookup on 386-538-7500, which gave me nothing, and then typed the number directly into Google. I've been on the no call list since I was made a ware a number of years back that it existed. I'll report them, too.

I have been on the do not call list for sometime and continue to receive calls from this number.
